If a new releas will made from the Gamebuino, can we use a MLF Socket?
So we can change the Atmega328P, if there become problems by massive sd card load and resulting read write errors on ram.

These SMD chip socket are pretty expensive, and takes a lot of space, I'm afraid it won't fit neither in the budget nor on the PCB :(
But anybody with some soldering skills could change the atmega328. And seriously, 10000 rewrite cycles will last you years.

Yes i have no Problem with the write cycles :D
But i have sometimes Problems with the fuesbits xD

The fuse bits are only going to be set once, I don't really get what you mean?

when i like to replace the crystal i need to set the fueses again.

Its no problem, so when i defuse it i solder in a new chip ;)

I'm not sure to get what you mean.
If you change the crystal for one with a different frequency (to overclock you Gamebuino for example) you won't have to change the fuses.
