Terrain now rendering in-game:
This stage took a bit longer than I was hoping due to the fact that I had to write a utility to output an array of individual sprites from a single sprite sheet. Next up is the game units and the interface functionality for the player to move them around the map.

This looks and moves greatly Myndale!
I´m still designing the huge level for lunar run...had too much work january when I thought I would have none.
Still, I like your idea.
The game you are pumping here is a long run game, the kind someone picks up and spends 2 or 3 hours going on, which in my opinion, are the kind of games we need most on gamebuino...something to burn that eternal battery juice!
Keep it up, I´m greatly interested in the outcomes of this challenge!
Hopefully soon I will be getting back on Lunar run.

Absolutely, although I'm thinking any individual level should only take 5-10 minutes
