I'm an Aussie. Spent 16 years as a professional game developer in the US and UK specializing in low-level graphics and technology programming, during which time I worked on PC and almost every console and handheld up until PSP, PS3 and 360. These days I'm a contract programmer working on enterprise applications (mostly in the .NET and mobile arena) although my current contract has me working on an embedded security system based on the ATMega chipsets...I'm one of the few lucky people in the world that actually gets paid to play with Arduino every day!
Loved the idea of Gamebuino the moment I saw it, it reminds me of "the good old days" when we had to be creative to get machines to do clever things. Looking forward to maybe working on a few simple engine prototypes when I get the time, but hacking around with peripheral hardware should be lots of fun too.
