OH, so the spot that the clips scratched mean nothing other than a spot holder? I should press the black rubber part on the back of the screen a little better you say?

I was able to press the rubber part onto the right spot. I for some reason thought the clips had a use for the signal as well. My apologies and thank you all who helped me.
