Game buino problem screen

Hello there,
I hope I will find a solution to my problem:
I tried to remove the screen of my GAME BUINO for cleaning the screen and I can not seem to do more has functioned ...
there are many sounds, but nothing on the screen ...
I'm desperate ...
somebody could you help me?

I had a similiar problem after not putting the transparent bar back in that's supposed to be between the frontplate and the screen. Maybe it's not tight enough, try fastening the screws. Or you might have dirt on the contacts, how exactly did you clean them?

I totally disassemble the screen itself ...
Now there are more sounds and the console does not work ...
my GAME BUINO is dead?

i have the same problem here, i recieved my gamebuino (today actually) and i turned it on, there was sound but the screen isnt working. I Charged it up and turned it on and nothing happned, so i removed the screen put the screen back in (incase of the screen moving) and nothing. Checked the getting started page and did all that it had said and nothing happneded, there is a black bar at the top of the screen that is there permanently it looks like because it dosent go away when it turn it off. Screen not working sound coming out buttons responding and lights working aswell. please help me

Here, I find out about the origin of the screen is that someone can confirm that the screen comes from nokia 5510 ??
do exactly the same with the same connections?
