Dislikes

Just like the likes, not they can't.

If you dislike something you should assume it and say why, to help people improve! Because a game bugs? Because an article is offensive? Because you think it's not useful? Say it, make your feedback constructive, whether it's positive or negative.

I dislike just for test

I'd also prefer to have dislikes, and maybe even upvotes anonymous. Why? Because there are always those people who just look at who upvotede/downvoted and don't care to check why and just assume you are hating on stuff. And if you are associated with a certain group it'll make them think that entire group has that opinion >.<

EXACTLYYY!! maybe the user should choose what they'd like whenever they like/dislike

That could happen.
In  my case I really don´t care much. I take upvotes as a way to say one likes it without having to add to the thread. Downvotes without a discussion means nothing to me.
