Will the new gamebuino load games the same way as the old one? Because I am worried that when You will load/exit a game 10,000 times Your gamebuino will stop working because this is the number of flash rewrite cycles in the atmega 328p.

There isn't really anything to worry about.
Let's say you switch games on average 8 times a day, as you go via the loader that'd make 16 re-flashes per day.
That would mean the flash would last 625 days, or 1.7 years. Now, that is short, right? Agreed. Keep in mind you won't be using your gamebuino every day, so let's say you use it for half the year, now you are suddenly already at 3.4 years. Still low.
Now, let's look into what the write limit really is: it turns out, flash companies usually say 10k flash cycles only to be on the safe side, but it is very normal for a flash chip to have more than 100k flash cycles. Now we are at 34 years of continuus gamebuino use!
Now, on top of that flash chips are also larger than specified and automatically swap out bad cells and thelike....
Think about it this way: every time you copy a file onto a USB-stick, are you worried of breaking the USB sticks flash memory because of writing too much?

Really? The normal phone has MicroUSB.
USB B is for printers and often Arduino.
So it's MicroUSB or USB B?

yes, charged through micro USB B port, that is the micro usb type found on phones. (as opposed to type A or type AB, see link below)
