Made classes. how do i initilize in main loop? :)

my code compiles and i made classes but nothing appears on screen. what should i put in the "void loop()" so that all the functions and variables from the classes run?

Check out some of the example projects. From the Arduino menu, go to:
File > Examples > Examples for Custom Libraries > Gamebuino META > Basics, etc.
